What is this all about

How to start:

1. Please navigate to "MY KIDS".
2. Click "Add Kid".
3. Fill in the form and submit by clicking "Add Kid".
4. If you would like to assess more than one child, you will need to add each one separately by clicking "Add Kid".
5. Once you register your child, you can start filling in the survey for parents by clicking "Survey for You" and following the instructions on the screen. Parents can complete the survey together or individually (just use the "Invite Others" form included with your email). There are 36 questions, which should not take more than 15-30 minutes of your time.
6. Your child can take the survey any time. Just reserve 5-10 minutes, sit together in front of your computer or tablet, click "Kids Survey", and follow the instructions on the screen.
7. If you would like other people in addition to parents to complete the survey, please add them by using the "Invite Others" form.
8. Once the parent, child, and any others finish the survey, you will be able to see the results by clicking “View Results”.

MY ACCOUNT

If you would like to add or change any of the information you submitted during registration or change your password, your can always access your account information by going to "ACCOUNT" at the top of the screen.

MY KIDS

This page allows you to add your child or children for the assessment and allows you and your child to take the surveys. You can add your child by clicking "Add Kid", completing the form, and submitting by clicking "Add Kid". You can add more children by separately by clicking "Add Kid".
You can access the survey for parents by clicking "Survey for You" and your child’s survey by clicking "Survey for your Child". If you would like to ask more people to complete the survey, you can add them by using the "Invite Others" form. You can access the results of the survey by clicking "View the Results"
